Reason-To educate the reader, and myself on the theory of music and the components that are involved in this theory; while reminding the reader that it is just a theory and it is not a law, or something proven.

1.What is music theory?
2.What are the Key components of music theory?
3.Around what time was this theory developed, and who, if one person, came up with the theory.

This applies to my life outside of school, because many things in everyday life involve music or some of the key components.

I love Chemistry

Chemistry is going to be the only class I have a chance of failing this year. We have finals for that class, but we haven't learned a thing all year! I wish our teacher auctually taught us the material instead of just giving us answers . But Im going to study all the pointless worksheets, and attempt to pass this stupid final!
To all the Chemistry kids who have the same teacher I do, all I can say is good luck...

iPhone4

The iPhone4 will be realesed on June 24. I think its going to be one of the best things to ever be sold in stores! I really want one but I dont know how much it cost, and I dont have AT&T:(
Hopefully, my shop teacher gets it and brings it in to school so i can play with it. I dont have much info on it yet, but I'll make a new post when I get more.

Jazz band

Jazz Band was a major success. There were so many people at the arts festival cheering us on. My parents recorded the show, so if anybody would like to see it, ask me. Also the Drama Club did a great job with their show. The entire festival was good, including the poets, singers, and people who did monolouges. But, I think the Jazz Band stole the show.

First two days of basketball practice

The first to days of basketball practice were good. The workouts we are doing are great, and they will make me alot faster and stronger. So far we've worked on shooting, creating space, and pick-and-roll. We have six more days of practice left, and I hope that these last six days help me develop as a basketball player.

Jazz Band Performance on Friday!!!

After all of these weeks of rehersal, the Jazz Band is finally putting on their show. I will be playin the piano and the bass guitar. I hope to see everyone there supporting us and the drama club; they have a show the same night. Besides playing in Jazz Band, I will be playing the intermission music for the drama club also. So this Friday night, I will have my hands full. Like I said, I hope to see you all out there supporting us and the drama club. I think the show starts at 6 or 7, so be there!

I don't know what to title this one...

Yesterday I was informed that I won't be student liazon **awwwwwww**. But, I'm going to be doing this thing with the school called P.R.O.S. I guess its being run by Mr. Williams, but I didn't get enough information on it. Honestly, I'm only really doing this because Ms. Daly said it would look good on my college resume; but I'm sure I can have fun with it.

In other news, Jazz Band has a performance on June 4th, so everyody needs to come check us out. :)

Basketball Practice...

I just got the invitation from Coach Sweeny telling me that practice will start June 7, and go on untill June 18. Also practice is five days a week. I'm really excited, and I wonder what type of workouts we're going to be doing. Practice 5 days a week, for two weeks; sounds exciting.
